One of the best experiences I’ve had while buying furniture. The team is very cooperative and pays attention to even small details. We customised the size, fabric and design, and the final product came out beautifully. The craftsmanship is clearly visible.

Really happy with our recliner sofa from Couch & Chairs. They understood exactly what we wanted and did a great job bringing it to life. The sofa is very comfortable, the finishing is neat, and the overall quality feels really good. We also appreciated how carefully they worked on the small details. It has turned out even better than we expected and looks great in our living room. Thank you, Couch & Chairs, for the excellent work. Definitely recommended!

I purchased two sofas from Couch & Chairs - one for my father and one for myself. I customised my sofa with different materials and asked for the best-quality materials and finest fabric available, and they truly delivered beyond expectations. Both sofas were made exactly as per our designs and specifications, with excellent craftsmanship, premium finishing, superior quality, and great attention to detail. The sofas feel solid, sturdy, durable, and built to last, while maintaining a beautiful and elegant finish. Every requirement was carefully understood and fulfilled. The final workmanship and finish are genuinely impressive and reflect the effort put into every detail. A big thank you to Abbas Bhai and the entire team for delivering exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium customised sofas with exceptional quality and finishing.

The sofa quality is excellent and the materials are exactly as discussed. However, I am disappointed with the service and delivery. They missed multiple delivery commitments and provided false timelines, forcing me to follow up constantly. Additionally, the sofa arrived with a stain on one seat. Despite pointing this out before delivery, they failed to clean it and simply suggested to scrub it with detergent. While the product quality is great, be prepared for significant delays and poor communication regarding delivery.

I have purchased recliner chair with them and make kitchen with them

So I'm writing this review which is very important because I Placed an order of Dining and Sofa 3 months back during Diwali month and they committed to deliver it in 1-1.5 months to our place in Mumbai but due to sudden death of their family member they didn't do it in time, factory was closed and we doubted if they can make or not but they assured me that do not worry we will be delivering the best quality product which will surely worth the wait, Now we got our Sofa and Dining and I can say it was worth the wait and seriously quality is top notch 👌 They delivered what was suppose to deliver with proper finishing and quality... It's was great experience and sorry for the doubting your work Thanks a lot couch and chairs
